Livia spa is an excellent place to get your nails done. Their staff are always courteous and do an excellent service for their customers. The spa is always clean.

Worst experience without experiencing the experience. Keep looking bc Livia Beauty Spa doesn't need or want your business. We just moved to the area and a friend referred me. Went in as a walk-in, only one visible nail male tech already working on 2 ppl. Asked for a gel pedicure, so the guy called over another tech to work on me. There was a brush and pumice in the plastic lined footpath where they had me sit. It didn't look like it had been cleaned, so I asked the tech if it was. The tech told me it was cleaned and the brush and pumice were clean. I pointed out a pool of water at the bottom, and just as I was thinking: okay, they do things differently here, the first man I interacted with stepped over and told me "It's clean; if you don't like it you can go somewhere else." So I said goodbye and left. I don't think I deserved that. Eh, vaffanculo.

Livia beauty spa is an amazing nail salon! It’s my favorite place to go to in Batavia. Johnny, and Thuy are awesome.

Went here for the first time yesterday, got a dip manicure and the woman did such a nice job! She took her time and was very sweet. I wish I knew her name.. she was younger and had dark hair and wore black plastic frame glasses when she did my nails. She was very neat and my nails turned out great! The salon is very clean inside. Nice atmosphere. Very affordable too, was $10 cheaper than the other places I have been going.
